Supreme Court rules that schools cannot use race as a qualifier to insure desegregation.

So what's the solution to defacto segregation?

Chief Justice Roberts says, "The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race."

Wow! Next can we dismantle the police? Because the way to stop murder, rape and robbery is to stop murdering, raping, and robbing, right? Hell, let's just take locks off all doors, since people will act good when they stop acting bad!
