Remember that 12 year old girl who got snatched off her front porch by plain clothes police and beaten THEN charged with resisting arrest?

Apparently the jury is deadlocked.

My god, whatever happened to Save The Children? I feel like somehow I've stepped into an alternate dimension where the normal rules of human decency do not apply. Putting aside all the other damning details, even just trying to wrap my mind around how the police could ever get away with charging a twelve-year-old girl with 'resisting arrest' when the men claiming to arrest her were literally dragging her off her front porch.

Hasn't anyone ever hear of police impersonators? of confidence men who rape little girls? I would be worried if any little girl didn't resist when men show up at her front porch, claim to be policemen, and then tell her she's under 'arrest' and try to take her away.
