Learn Tai Chi /Chi Gung self healing
Jan. 30th, 2008 11:41 pmMy teacher, Anita Ho, is looking at starting classes on both tai chi and chi gung in the East Bay.
The Tai Chi class will be focusing on the first 19 moves of Yang style tai chi, as a foundation steps for the entire series. She is skilled in both the energy aspects of the movements as well as the combatative aspects. She is looking at 6-8 months to go through the first 19 steps in depth.
The Chi Gung classes will be much smaller, focusing on individual stances and breathing exercises tailored to the needs of the students- a focus on self healing.
Both classes will be on the weekend.
Please hit me up if you're interested.
